ClearCent provides expense tracking and financial insights. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You retain all rights to the data, receipts, and financial information you upload to ClearCent. By uploading data, you grant us the right to process it in order to provide you with the core features of the app (such as AI-driven categorization and insights). We do not sell your personal data.
Certain features of ClearCent are offered on a subscription basis (e.g., ClearCent Pro). Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Apple, Google, Lemon Squeezy). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
ClearCent is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. The insights generated by our AI should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.
